Every till and handheld keeps running in local cache mode. Orders fire, receipts print, and Dojo cards authorise locally. The second connection resumes, transactions sync back into the cloud database seamlessly with zero lost tickets.
Never. Prompts exclusively receive anonymous numerical aggregates (e.g. "Operator 3 recorded 6 voids"). An automated regex backstop scans outgoing text for card numbers, emails, or phone numbers and terminates the request if detected.
It is structurally impossible. All math, sums, tax calculations, and cover averages are computed in deterministic SQL queries before the model sees them. The model's role is editorial summarisation only.
