Billing questions
What counts as an active employee?
Anyone who was rostered, clocked in or paid in the month. Archived staff and people on long-term leave with no shifts don’t count.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
Yes. Card or Bacs Direct Debit. Invoices include VAT and your company details.

Can I cancel any time?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month. You can export all your data first.
